Electrolux, a leading household appliance company, faced low conversion rates and average order values on their partner website, along with unstable performance of their digital infrastructure.

To address this, we decided to revamp the online store by integrating global Electrolux databases. Additionally, to enhance search engine visibility and increase revenue from household appliance sales, we employed firmware analytics and performance campaigns with a focus on CPA metrics.

As a result of the successful relaunch of the Electrolux Partner online store and the establishment of a leading platform in the household appliance sales sector, we:
– Developed an e-commerce platform template for launch in the Baltic region countries.
– Increased average user order value and raised revenue from paid advertising by 150%.
– Achieved monthly sales exceeding 1,000,000 UAH through associated conversions.
