The person behind the beginning of Postmen
Ironman, freerider, idealist, advertiser, patriot, civic activist, collector, dreamer, father, and husband. Many words can be paired with the name Yaroslav.
Yet the best way to capture his essence is his favorite “tidiiish!” It’s the kind of mark — bright and lightning-fast — that he has left on the world.
Postmen was born from Yaroslav’s ambition to create something the communications market had never seen before. To do it bolder, brighter, faster than anyone else.
Yaroslav upheld patriotism through his actions. He believed that in the country’s most difficult times, everyone should be either on the front lines or part of the active home front.
In business, Yaroslav chose two strategies for himself. The first one was the “Freeride Strategy.” For him, it meant going where there were no tracks.
Yaroslav’s second strategy in business and in life was “Going Far.” Whatever he did, he always aimed to go very far.
For Yaroslav, it was important to delve into things, understand the essence of processes, and rely on solid foundations — facts and figures.
Yaroslav believed that work should be a part of life. That’s why, at Postmen, the environment, human relationships, and the energetic connection between people are so important.
My recipe is very simple: imagine yourself and the world as you want them to be.

We will never work with russian companies. This is not a temporary decision, but a lifelong stance. We will not participate in projects that harm the market or society.
