Challenge

New Year’s season is a time for gifts to friends and partners. But gifts for partners often become just a formality. For us, the challenge was to create a greeting that not only reminds people of the brand, but also conveys depth of thinking, team values and approach to work.

We wanted to find a new form of greeting, as meaningful as the ideas we create every day.

Idea

"The Groundbreakers" is a limited edition of 50 mosaics, handcrafted by the Postmen team.

We dig to uncover insights that help create authentic and unique stories. The image of graffiti diggers at the entrance of the agency’s office became a symbol of constant immersion and the search for insights. The mosaics were made on cement with a plywood base, and the black-and-yellow glass tiles reflected Postmen’s signature colors. Each piece became a metaphor for the team, where every individual is an inseparable part of the whole picture. These mosaics, together with a postcard, were given to the agency’s partners and clients as a New Year’s greeting.
